Bramora Ltd has acquired three new ATR 72-600s through separate subsidiaries. The ATR 72 model has a global presence and is the most common turbo-prop aircraft used in commercial passenger traffic. Long term financing of the aircraft is secured from commercial banks active in the aviation industry. All aircraft have contracted long term leases with BRA and provide a stable annual return.
In june 2011, Braathens Leasing Ltd, a subsidiary of Bramora Ltd, signed a contract with the Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier to purchase 10 CSeries narrowbody jets with an additional option to purchase 10 more. In 2015, the company entered into a Contract Change Order with Bombardier resulting in a revised delivery schedule (2018/2019), the repayment of pre-delivery payments and an agreement on liquidated damages

Göran is responsible for operations at the Bramora office in Malta and manages the day to day operations for Bramora Ltd and subsidiaries, including Bramora’s relationships with various local partners. Göran is present in Malta on a regular basis.
Göran has an MBA from the University of Gotheburg in Sweden. He has extensive travel industry experience as internal auditor and corporate business controller at the Spanish airline Spanair and CFO and member of the management team of Mallorca based SunHotels.
Per G. Braathen
Owner of Braganza and Bramora Ltd and Chairman since respectively 1992 and 2015. Braathen is Chairman or a board member of a number of Braganza's group companies. Braathen is also a board member of Scandic Hotels AB and is an industrial advisor to EQT.
He has extensive experience in the aviation and tourism industries as a former CEO/Chairman of several tour operators including Saga Solreiser in Norway, Always in Sweden and Tjæreborg in Denmark, Norway and Finland. Braathen holds an MBA from Schiller University, London.

Parnter at Gernandt & Danielsson, one of Sweden’s leading law firms in domestic and international commercial law. Johan has more than 20 years’ broad experience in providing corporate and commercial law advice in complex transactions, investigations and disputes.
He has an extensive corporate and commercial law practice across different areas and sectors. Johan regularly acts both for sellers and buyers of shares and businesses (in regulated and unregulated sectors) in both domestic and international transactions. In addition, he is retained as counsel in commercial litigation and arbitrations, and also acts as an arbitrator.
He earned his law degree from Uppsala University, Sweden, and also studied at the University of Minnesota Law School in the United States. Before joining Gernandt & Danielsson, he was a law clerk for two years at Södra Roslag District Court in Stockholm, Sweden. In 1998 and 1999, he worked in New York City and London for New York-based international law firm Rogers & Wells.
Joe Cappello is currently an advisor at the office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Malta. He had a 35 year career at Air Malta, where he was employed between 1976 and 2011. His responsibilities included numerous executive positions, and in 2006 he became Chief Executive Officer of the airline until his retirement from the Company five years later in 2011.
Following Air Malta he spent the next four years as Executive Director at SMS, a group of companies involved in travel, shipping, insurance and freight. He also sat on the Board of Orange Travel Group, a cruise specialist operating from Malta, Tunisia, Greece and Cyprus.
During his career Joe has had various board and advisory positions such as director on the Board of the National Tourism Authority of Malta, Aviation Advisory Board, Chairman of the Foundation of Medical Services, and is currently the Chairman of the Airport Charges Regulatory Board. Joe, who is a graduate in Economics from the University of Malta, has lectured at airline marketing courses in the UK, as well as at Cranfield University.
Edward Carbone is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants (Malta) and has over 45 years of experience in the accounting, auditing, banking and financial services industries. Following a career in senior managerial positions within Maltese companies, in 1996 up to the time of retirement in 2003 Edward was appointed as Chief Executive of the Malta Financial Services Authority.
He was appointed by the Minister of Financial and Economic Affairs as a member of the Listing Committee of the Malta Financial Services Authority as well as the Official Receiver under the terms of the Companies Act. Edward also sits on the board of directors of various international companies incorporated in Malta.
